Unused items can be returned within 14 days of the date of sale, in accordance with current legislation.
Conditions:
- receipt required;
- item unused;
Custom-painted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return/exchange is due to poor quality or the item does not match the order, shipping is covered by the seller. Otherwise, the buyer pays for shipping. We approach each customer individually, and a solution is found that best suits both parties.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds for returned items are processed according to the payment method used for the order:
Online payment – to a bank card;
Exchanges or refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of the returned item.
